Description Standard Re-Nu widespread lavatory stem, 20 spline, 3/8″ shank diameter, 5″ long. This stem is fairly unusual, and is rarely seen in fixtures made after WW2. Be sure to check your shank (the smooth part of the stem just below where the handle mounts) and verify diameter. This stem looks a lot like the #86-604 which has a 7/16″ shank. Made in the USA
