Description Thomas Crapper Waste outlet adapter, this converts Crapper rear-outlet European specification toilet bowls to US-Spec closet flanges. This will not change the bowl to a 12″ rough-in, the closet flange will HAVE to be set at a 4″ rough-in. But it does beat a no-hub coupling. Adapter will have to be glued to bowl’s outlet. Adapter measures 7 1/2″ from base to centerline of inlet, hub is 4 1/4″. Closet bolts are on a 6″ center with 5/8″ slots to accommodate some variation.
